The North Dakota University System Help Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and provides technical support for the following systems and applications:

  • NDUS Account IDs and passwords
  • ConnectND applications, including Campus Solution/Campus Connection, Financials, and HRMS
  • Blackboard Learn
  • Microsoft Office 365:
    • Password Changes
    • ‘How To’ support for Exchange Email & Calendar
    • Microsoft Communicator
    • Support for SharePoint, LiveMeeting, or creating new resources or distribution lists is currently not provided
  • Live@EDU–Best effort ‘How To’ support
